1. Booking Policy -Reservations are required before court use. -Customers may book up to one (1) month in advance. -Booking is confirmed only after payment of at least 50% reservation fee is received. -Time slots are strictly based on the selected schedule 2. NO Cancellation Policy 3. Refund Policy -All payments are non-refundable. -However, bookings may be rebooked to another available date and time if cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the schedule. -Rebooking is subject to court availability. -Rebooking must be used within 30 days from the original booking date. 4. No-Show Policy -Failure to arrive on time without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking. -No refund or rebooking will be granted for no-shows. 5. Late Arrival -Playing time will not be extended for late arrivals. -The booking will end at the originally scheduled time.
